How quickly will my t-shirts arrive and what are the shipping costs?
Customers can expect fast, reliable delivery with clear options at checkout. All C’s Tees shirts are produced and shipped within the United States. Once an order is placed, shipping options and exact costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Available options include:
Standard Shipping: Delivers in 2–5 business days after processing. Starting at $4.75.
Economy Shipping: Delivers in 4–8 business days after processing. Starting at $4.29.
Shipping times are estimates and begin after the shirt is produced and dispatched. Customers will see the most accurate delivery timeframe and pricing once they enter their full shipping address at checkout.
What is the process for returning or exchanging a t-shirt?
We want you to be happy with your C’s Tees purchase. If there’s an issue with your order—such as a defect, misprint, or damage—please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shirt. We’ll review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
Because our shirts are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as: incorrect size selection, change of mind, preference-based returns.

Are there different rules for returning or exchanging custom t-shirts?
Because custom and personalized t-shirts are made specifically for each customer, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sizing choices, design preferences, or changes of mind.
However, if a custom item arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or appropriate resolution.
