Orders & Personalization

Do you offer personalized shirts?

Yes. Select designs offer personalization of up to 15 characters for an additional $2.50.

What types of personalization are available?

Simple personalization, such as adding names or basic text to a shirt, is usually available directly on the website. Basic website personalization uses basic fonts only.

Some personalization requests require placing the order by phone. These include special designs, changes to existing designs, custom layout requests, and image insertions. For those types of orders, please call C’s Tees at 1-800-766-0554 before placing your order.

How long do personalized orders take?

Personalized orders can take up to 1 week to ship. Because custom items are made specifically for each customer, please double-check spelling, size, and personalization details before placing your order.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Because personalized items are produced based on the details submitted at checkout, changes may not be possible once production begins. Please review everything carefully before completing your order.

Are all shirts available for personalization?

No. Personalization is available only on select designs. If a shirt offers personalization, the option will be shown on the product page.

How do C’s Tees shirts fit?

Our shirts are designed with a modern, true-to-size fit. They are comfortable enough for everyday wear while still looking clean and put together.

What if I am between sizes?

All standard orders ship within 48-72 hours after production processing. Personalized orders can take up to 1-2 week to ship. Depending on the complexity and details of the design.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

What shipping options are available?

When does the shipping timeframe begin?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because C’s Tees shirts are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

What if my shirt arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted?

If your order arrives with a defect, misprint, or damage, contact us within 30 days of receiving your shirt. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Can personalized shirts be returned?

Personalized shirts cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing choices, spelling mistakes, design preferences, or changes of mind. If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Why can’t made-to-order shirts be returned for size or preference?

Each shirt is produced specifically after the order is placed. That helps us offer fresh designs and personalized options, but it also means we cannot restock custom-made or made-to-order items the same way a traditional retail store can.


Product Care

How should I wash my C’s Tees shirt?

Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or air dry for best results.

Can I iron the design?

Avoid ironing directly over the printed design. If needed, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat.

How do I keep the print looking good?

Use cold water, avoid bleach, avoid high heat, and wash the shirt inside out. Your tee has a job to do. Don’t cook it in the dryer like Sunday roast.
